Gaurav Pawar

Is a certified personal trainer & sports nutritionist. He has completed certifications from K 11 Academy of Fitness sciences, which is a PD approved as a diploma in personal training and recognized by Register for Exercise Professionals Indian Foundation (REPSI).

Gaurav Pawar helps our clients to create an exercise and nutrition program to maintain fitness levels. And along with that, his aim is more likely towards making people experience higher energy levels and putting people into a better and healthier lifestyle. He has helped many clients to reverse the symptoms of PCOD/PCOS and even Diabetes. Now he has found a new passion for training trainers to deliver better service.

He works on people’s mindset as he truly believes in Spirituality. So, for the people to get the best possible results, he has combined FITNESS with SPIRITUALITY. He provides immense support during the program and ongoing assistance to each of his clients and trainers who work with him.


Ameya Bhade

Ameya works in an MNC and is a Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate. Looking at the hectic schedule of working professionals and the lack of time for basic fitness he came up with the idea of providing well trained and certified fitness trainers to everyone at their convenience.

The sole purpose behind the formation of Burpees and Crunches is to help people live a healthy life with the right guidance and training.
